Returns & exchanges policy

We want you to love your purchase from Light Reflections Apparel. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns.

 

We accept returns if your item is...

  • faulty
  • significantly different to the description/photo on our website
  • not matching your order details.

We will cover the cost of return postage. Depending on the issue, we may offer to replace your item or give you a refund.

 

We can exchange your item if...

  • you'd like to try another size - we know shopping online can be tricky!
  • you request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

We will ask you to cover the cost of return postage. Unfortunately we don't offer credit.

 

We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges if...

  • you have changed your mind 
  • you request an exchange after 14 days of delivery
  • the item is visibly worn (e.g. sweat, marks, lint/hair)
  • the swing tag is missing
  • the item has been washed.

 

How do I arrange a return or exchange?

Please email us at returns@lightreflectionsapparel.com and our team will be in touch. Please include:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if possible/relevant.
